This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of the Obligation to Inform. It covers the The Dynamic Studios website. Each app has its own privacy policy, linked from its page under Apps.
1. Data controller
The Dynamic Studios is not a company. Personal data is processed by the individual developer operating under the The Dynamic Studios brand as the data controller.

2. Data processed, purposes and legal bases
- Server logs (IP address, browser, requested page, time) — to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
- Analytics data (pages viewed, session duration, approximate location, device type, cookie identifiers) — to measure and improve the site. Legal basis: explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1), collected only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner.
- Contact data (name, email address, message content and anything you attach) — to answer support, data and business requests. Legal basis: necessity for establishing or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c) and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
- Records of data requests — to fulfil obligations under KVKK. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç).
3. Method of collection
Data is collected by automated means (server logs and, with your consent, cookies) and partly automated means (email you send us).
4. Recipients and transfers abroad
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the service providers below, which process it on our behalf, and with public authorities where required by law.
| Recipient | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Website hosting, server logs | ABD / USA |
| Google LLC (Firebase Analytics) | Visit statistics (consent only) | ABD / USA |
| Google LLC (Gmail) | Receiving and answering support email | ABD / USA |
| Supabase Inc. | Blog content management (no visitor data) | ABD / USA |
These providers are located in the United States: server logs go to Vercel, and support email and — only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner — analytics data go to Google. No visitor data is sent to Supabase. There is no adequacy decision for the United States under KVKK. Transfers take place within the providers' own data processing terms (their data processing agreements) and security measures such as encryption. If you have questions about transfers abroad, email support.thedynamicstudios@gmail.com.
5. Retention
- Server logs: per the hosting provider's retention period, at most 12 months.
- Analytics data: at most 14 months; deleted if you withdraw consent going forward.
- Support correspondence: up to 2 years after the request is closed.
