Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), The Dynamic Studios processes personal data as a data controller as described below. This notice applies to users in Turkey and complements our Privacy Policy.
Personal data processed
Name, email address, app usage data, and information shared during support requests may be processed.
Purposes of processing
- Providing app and website services
- Responding to support requests
- Measuring and improving service quality
- Fulfilling legal obligations
Legal basis
Personal data is processed based on explicit consent, contract performance, and legitimate interests as set out in KVKK Articles 5 and 6.
Transfer
Data is not shared with third parties except hosting and infrastructure providers required to deliver the service (e.g. cloud hosting).
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction under legal conditions
