SubSphere Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the SubSphere mobile app ("App", "Service"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by SubSphere (The Dynamic Studios) ("we", "us"). Contact: support.thedynamicstudios@gmail.com.
2. The Service
SubSphere is an iOS app (Android may follow later) to track subscriptions and recurring expenses: catalog or manual entries, totals, analytics, and a payment calendar. There is no user account. Your subscription data is stored on your device unless you export it yourself.

3. Not financial advice
SubSphere is a personal organization tool. Amounts and dates are entered by you. We do not provide tax, investment, or legal advice. Totals and charts are for your convenience only.
4. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App.
5. Freemium and Premium
Free users can perform a limited number of restricted actions (for example adding subscriptions) — currently 3 — before an in-app paywall may appear. There is no paywall on first launch after onboarding; you reach the home screen first.
Premium unlocks unlimited actions via auto-renewable subscriptions billed through Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify subscription status. Product identifiers:

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Renewal and cancellation are managed in Apple ID Settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policies.
- You can restore purchases in the App where Apple allows.
For iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
6. Your responsibilities
- Keep your device secure; local data is your responsibility.
- Use accurate information you enter; we are not liable for entry errors.
- Comply with applicable laws when using the App.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent allowed, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data on your device — use export and device backup as you see fit.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. You may stop using the App at any time; uninstalling removes local data.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, courts of Istanbul, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.
